We offer a 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
• Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• Original tags and packaging must be intact
• Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase is required
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures. We will resolve the issue promptly.
For verified damaged or incorrect items:
✔ We cover the return shipping cost.
Size or Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to exchange due to size or personal preference:
• Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
• Exchange is subject to stock availability.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
• Gift cards
• Customized or altered products
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
• You will be notified via email or phone.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
• Refunds for prepaid orders are issued via bank transfer.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit.
Please note: Banks may take additional time to process refunds.
Important for COD Orders
All Cash on Delivery orders are confirmed before dispatch.
Failure to accept confirmed COD orders may result in order restrictions for future purchases.
